คุมไชยวัฒน์-สมบูรณ์ ฝากขังศาลผลัดแรกแล้ว ไม่ค้านประกันตัว แต่ห้ามร่วมชุมนุมอีก วานนี้ (18 มกราคม) พล.ต.ท.สมยศ พุ่มพันธุ์ม่วง ผู้ช่วยผู้บัญชาการตำรวจแห่งชาติ ในฐานะหัวหน้าคณะพนักงานสอบสวน คดีพันธมิตรฯ บุกสนามบินสุวรรณภูมิ และดอนเมืองกล่าวว่า ทาง ตำรวจนครบาลได้ทำการจับกุมตัว นายไชยวัฒน์ สินสุวงศ์ และ นายสมบูรณ์ ทองบุราณ 2 แกนนำกลุ่มพันธมิตรฯ ตามหมายจับในคดีนำมวลชนบุกปิดสนามบินสุวรรณภูมิ และดอนเมือง ระหว่างที่ทั้งสองกำลังเดินทางไปสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติ เพื่อให้ตำรวจจับกุมตัวในคดีดังกล่าวแล้ว ซึ่งทราบว่า ทางชุดจับกุมได้นำตัวไปสอบสวนและดำเนินการตามขั้นตอนที่กองปราบปราม ซึ่งเป็นพนักงานสอบสวนในคดีนี้ต่อไป ขณะ ที่ล่าสุดเมื่อช่วงเช้าที่ผ่านมา (19 มกราคม) เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจได้คุมตัวนายไชยวัฒน์ และนายสมบูรณ์ ไปขอศาลอาญารัชดาฝากขังผลัดแรกแล้ว โดยไม่คัดค้านการประกันตัว แต่กำหนดเงื่อนไขห้ามเข้าร่วมการชุมนุมทางการเมืองอีก ทั้งนี้ มีมวลชนกลุ่มเครือข่ายคนไทยรักชาติมาให้กำลังใจนายไชยวัฒน์ที่ศาลด้วย โดยเจ้าตัวส่งยิ้มและโบกมือทักทายกลับไป

ร.ท.พูลวิทย์ ให้การว่า ก่อนเกิดเหตุเวลาประมาณ 21.00น. ได้เดินทางออกจากบ้านพักโดยรถเก๋งบีเอ็มดับเบิ้ลยู 525 สีบรอนซ์เทา ทะเบียน 7ศ-4235 กทม.เพื่อไปท่าอากาศยานสุวรรณภูมิเนื่องจากจะต้องทำหน้าที่นักบินที่1เที่ยวบินที่ ทีจี 946 กรุงเทพฯ-เอเธนส์ โดยใช้เส้นทางด่วนสาทรลงด่วนพระราม9 ขึ้นด่วนศรีรัช ไปลงมอเตอร์เวย์ ใช้ช่องทางซ้าย วิ่งด้วยความเร็ว80-90กม./ชม.แต่เนื่องจากช่องทางซ้ายรถบรรทุกใช้กันมากตนจึงเปลี่ยนช่องทางเดินรถไปใช้ช่องขวาเป็นจังหวะเดียวกับที่มีรถโตโยต้า ฟอร์จูนเนอร์ สีขาว ป้ายแดง ซึ่งตนจำหมายเลขไม่ได้ ติดฟิล์ม กรองแสงมืดทั้งคัน ขับตามหลังตนมาในระยะกระชั้นชิด เปิดสูงเข้าตาตนจนพล่าไปหมด ตนจึงลดความเร็วให้รถคันดังกล่าวแซงขึ้นหน้าไปพร้อมให้สัญญาณไฟว่าเปิดไฟสูงเป็นที่รบกวน แล้วขับตีคู่กันไป สักพักคนในรถยนต์ดังกล่าวจึงใช้เลเซอร์ พ้อยท์เตอร์ ความเข้มสูงสีเขียว ยิงแสงมา ตนจึงใช้ไฟฉายส่องกลับไป ร.ท.พูลวิทย์ กล่าวต่อว่า จนมาถึงใกล้ทางแยกเข้าด่านทับช้างการจราจรด้านซ้ายติดขัดตนจึงเบี่ยงไปด้านช่องทางเดินรถช่องกลางโดยไม่ทันสังเกตุว่ารถคู่กรณีก็ติดอยู่ที่ช่องทางด้านขวาเช่นกัน มารู้ตัวเพราะถูกเลเซอร์พ้อยท์เตอร์ฉายเข้ามาในรถยนต์ จึงรู้ว่าเป็นรถฟอร์จูนเนอร์คันเดิม ตนจึงใช้ไฟฉายส่องกลับไปอีกครั้ง จากนั้นคู่กรณีได้ขับรถจี้ท้ายก่อนได้ยินเสียงปืนดังขึ้น 3นัดซ้อนจนกระจกหลังรถยนต์ของตนแตกทั้งบานและถูกยิงเข้าที่สะบักซ้ายจึงบังคับรถเข้าชิดด้านซ้ายเพื่อจอดแต่ปรากฎว่ารถฟอร์จูนเนอร์คันดังกล่าวได้ขับตามมาและยิงปืนใส่รถของตนอีก 1 นัด ตนจึงรีบเร่งความเร็วเพื่อหลบหนี โดยพยายามขับฉวัดเฉวียนไปมาเพื่อสลัดรถของคนร้ายที่ขับขี่ตามและยิงปืนใส่รถของตนอีก 6-7นัด ข่าว เรื่องเล่าเช้านี้ : 14 Jan 11 -14/1/11 -14/1/54 -14 January 2011 -14 มกราคม 2554 -14 ม.ค.54 ไทย ทีวีสี ช่อง3 คลิป วีดีโอ ยูทูป Youtube clip VDO video
